RETURN POLICY

  • 30 Day Returns - items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Item/s must not have been worn, still have tags, in the original packaging & in a resellable condition
  • Every item sent back to us will go through a strict return inspection. If the tags have been removed and the item appears worn/dirty the return will be rejected and the item either returned back to the customer or the customer will be offered a gift card for the value.
  • Returns postage is covered by customer
  • Please allow up to 7-14 days for returns to be processed
  • Underwear, Socks & Hats cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons 

Please ensure all returns are sent via recorded/signed delivery, we will not be held responsible for any losses or damages caused during the return of goods


HOW TO RETURN

HOW DOES THE PORTAL WORK?

Using the returns portal is super simple, just log in with your order number and you'll be given the option to return or exchange your items.

To begin your return or exchange follow these steps:

1. Open the RETURNS PORTAL

2. Enter your 'Order Number & Email'

3. Select the item(s) you would like to return

4. Select if you would like to RETURN, EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT (with a 10% Bonus, you will receive a gift card with 10% extra that can be used at anytime)

5. Select courier & Download the QR CODE

6. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point 


*We only offer free returns for exchanges or store credits, if an order is sent back for a refund the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund total
